Recognition from the AFLORA program: Participation in the School of Directors at INALDE

In recognition of its commitment to the activities proposed by the AFLORA program, IMEK Research Center in Marketing & Development was selected and invited to participate in the AFLORA School of Directors; a training space for leaders of social organizations in Colombia, that is part of the Aflora Program.

The Aflora School of Directors is organized by the Bolívar Davivienda Foundation together with EDIME, the INALDE Middle Management Unit, and the Business School of La Sabana University. At the School of Directors, managerial skills are strengthened to lead social organizations through the case method, individual study, teamwork, and general sessions, where the following areas are addressed: analysis of business situations, people management in organizations, obtaining resources, organizational culture, process management, strategy and others.

We participated together with 29 organizations from all over the country, these were:

Stephanie is an architect from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali with a master’s degree in Urban Strategies and Design from the University of Edinburgh. She has professional experience in the design and development of architectural projects of different scales, also developing research projects related to the quality of public spaces in Cali (Colombia) and sustainable construction. She currently works as a consultant and full-time professor at the Faculty of Creation and Habitat of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali.
